Standard and superior rooms are very small. Should buy up to Family room for a decent size. Hotel rooms are showing their age. Breakfast is not great.

Although room 205 is small, it is very cosy. Anyway, we knew that the room we booked was small and it was fine. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing and really professional, from booking, check-in and check out, they were amazing. The breakfast is very good and all the staff there are professional too, courteous and warm welcoming. The cleaning staff were efficient ♥️Thanks for the positive experience !

We used Chic Boutique as a base while we explored different areas of northern Vietnam. We time we stayed there, we were greetly warmed and treated with exceptional kindness and care. The entire staff were wonderful. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of all, we appreciated the staff. They were always welcoming, kind, and helpful. In short, they were wonderful. We the hotel as a base while we were in Vietnam and were always glad to return.

The rooms were large and spacious. And the manager was very nice and cared about us. We had an error with our booking and she was able to resolve the error with no issues.

The property is very small and not super modern

Small hotel (as most are in the Old Quarters) that is super cute and the ideal place to really explore the vibe of the Old Quarters. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. An elevator makes it easier to lug your bags around. The included breakfast made it an easy start to the day and offered a buffet style with many choices (including fresh fruit) AND you got to choose a small item made to order (eg eggs or crepe). But the highlight was the staff: incredibly welcoming, excellent English and quick to resolve issues (for example, there was construction on the building next to them that was quite noisy - not their fault - but they spoke to them to remind them of when to start / stop).

Bathroom is old and impossible to take a shower and not having it flooded.

Staffs, everybody and their services provided are excellent! The hotel is at good location, within walking distance to everything, restaurants, market, tour booking, bar, even pharmacy (right across the street, and the Pharmacist was also very nice, and helpful)

The bathtub should have been attached to the wall, so shower's water wouldn't splash through it and made the floor wet.

Shower head holder needs to be fixed as it is loose. Otherwise, everything was good.

Its so cozy and location is just perfect! Jasmine at the reception is such a lovely person she helped with everything ( sim card laundry and info )

Small rooms but its okay as its a small boutique hotel

The room was pretty comfortable, good size for 1 or 2 people. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The location was just perfect. Right next to bars, restaurants and close to literally everything! The staff was very kind, willing to help with my itinerary even. I got a private shuttle car from the airport for about $15 and everything worked just fine! I recommend staying here.

The wifi was not working properly most of the time, same as the data (i think the location didnt have good signal in general). The breakfast was ok, but nothing really amazing. The buffet didnt have much variety, and there were times where the food was not replaced once it was finished.

The staff were excellent, nice, helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English. The beds were a bit hard for me but the rooms are nice and clean. Very walkable area

Great little hotel right in the center of the Old Quarter. I good way to start my trip. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

I work remotley so I'm always looking for places that offer high speed internet. The internet was not fast enough for video calls so I had to rely on my data in order to work.

The staff and location were excellent! I was honest with the staff about my rating, and they were so thoughtful in giving me half off my airport transfer.

Given that the hotel is older and space is limited, I understand that they are not able to offer specific amenities like a larger space or local coffee for breakfast. However, the space could use a serious deep cleaning and slight renovation on fixtures.

The hotel is clean and it’s near everything since it’s in the old quarter.. It is near a Circle K convenience store just around the corner, if that helps. We love that it has elevator, we can get free water refill and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and helpful ?

The AC might need a little cleaning or fixing.

The staff was super nice, the food is good, the bedroom was spacious, with a confortable bed and a clean and big bathroom. The location is great, because is close to everything, but it’s also in the busiest part of the city.
